FOR THE CULTURE
Two Samoan flight attendant cousins with a shared dream of starting an island-inspired coffee business. With a love of our Polynesian culture and passion for building community, we’re excited to bring you a unique coffee and kava pop-up that also feature authentic Koko Samoa.
Our mission is to gather people together, one cup at a time, while sharing our love for the South Pacific. We aim to highlight the islands, small farmers, and build connections in the community through every sip.
Join us as we infuse the coffee scene with the rich, vibrant taste of the South Pacific, offering an experience that celebrates tradition, community, and the spirit of togetherness.
Manuia!! (Cheers)
Storytelling is deeply woven into the fabric of Polynesian culture and plays a crucial role in preserving history, traditions, and values. Often the drinks we enjoy are tied to communal experiences. We hope that when you enjoy any of our drinks, that it leads you to building connections, telling stories, and creating lasting memories.

KOKO SAMOA
On family nights when all of our cousins would come over, we would have a huge pot of Koko Samoa and fresh bread with New Zealand butter. We would sit around for hours talking, laughing, and singing. Many of our fond childhood memories are centered around this beverage.

COFFEE
Do I need to explain why we love coffee?
Avid travelers, always on the go, coffee has been there wherever we are in the world. Nothing hits quite like island coffee though and that’s why we source from Papua New Guinea.

KAVA
To be frank, we didn’t have the best experience with Kava at first. It’s taste can be a bit off-putting, as it is extremely earthy, and the process of making the drink is a hassle. Our first experience was in a garage, out of a bucket. However, once we learned how to make kava in fun flavors without having to strain or steep, there was no going back! The benefits of Kava are something we greatly enjoy, and we hope you do too!
